This role serves as a liaison between United Wholesale Mortgage and its clients, acting as the primary point of contact for maintaining long-established relationships and providing necessary advice. The position focuses heavily on phone contact, requiring exceptional client service skills and a love for communication. It involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, responding to client emails, and overseeing sub-servicers within the Servicing team.
