Torch Technologies is hiring an entry-level design engineer/analyst to support its Air & Missile Defense Business Unit. The role involves developing and reviewing plans, analyzing system performance, and providing technical expertise throughout the software development lifecycle. The position is full‑time, based at a customer site in Huntsville, AL, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and review plans and reports to ensure system and software meet requirements
Perform detailed performance analyses and produce actionable insights
Record and close defects using root cause analysis and JIRA tickets
