Entry Level Diesel & Trailer Mechanic

The Cox Fleet FleeTec Trainee program is an entry-level training initiative that provides paid classroom education, tools, and hands-on mentorship to prepare candidates for careers as Mobile Diesel and Trailer Technicians. This five-week training phase covers the fundamentals of vehicle repair, with successful completion leading to a full-time Mobile Mechanic role assigned a company vehicle for onsite fleet maintenance. The role is designed for individuals with a passion for automotive repair who can commit to a rigorous training path without prior technical school education.
