Entry-Level Field Service Technician

This entry-level position within the Hangcha Customer Care Team offers hands-on training and mentorship to develop aspiring Field Service Technicians. The role involves supporting diagnostics, maintenance, and service repairs of Hangcha forklifts and material handling equipment while gaining exposure to lithium-ion battery technology, hydraulics, and electrical systems. You will work onsite at national dealer accounts under the guidance of experienced technicians, progressively assuming greater responsibilities as you build your career in material handling equipment service.
