Entry Level Foundry Laborer

Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry-level foundry laborers for the first shift, with hours from 6:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. New hires begin in the shake-out position, assisting molders with creating sand molds and unearthing castings after the aluminum has solidified. The role requires heavy lifting up to 70 lbs. and offers on-the-job training with opportunities to transition to Pour Off or Molder positions.
