Entry Level Foundry Laborer

Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking entry-level foundry laborers for the first shift, starting in the shake-out position to assist molders with creating structurally sound sand molds. The role involves unearthing castings after molten aluminum has been poured and solidified, ensuring proper materials are available, and maintaining the work area. After adequate training, associates will transition to Pour Off or Molder positions within the Foundry department.
