An Entry-Level Resident Teacher (Middle School STEM or Humanities) in Zeta’s Teacher Residency Program teaches in Zeta schools across the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Queens as part of a three-year training-to-certification track. The program combines in-class teaching, intensive professional learning, and coaching, and supports enrollment in a fully subsidized 2-year Master’s program through Touro University if candidates are not already on a certification pathway. The trajectory prepares residents for New York State professional certification in general and special education and includes a multi-year compensation progression.
