Entry Level Structural Assembly Technician

This entry-level position involves training in aircraft manufacturing processes and performing structural assembly operations within a production department. The role requires working in a team environment under direct supervision to fit detail parts, drill, and rivet using basic mechanic hand tools. The individual will learn to read work orders and blueprints while ensuring parts meet quality control instructions. As experience is gained, the employee will work with decreasing supervision to complete various assembly tasks.
