About this role
Entry-level, client-facing IT role based in Napier supporting the education sector. The position is the first point of contact for clients and emphasizes customer service, collaboration across teams, and professional development with opportunities for certification. The role is full-time (38 hours/week) with a Monday–Thursday 8-hour day and a 6-hour Friday schedule and requires NZ residency and a valid NZ driver's license.
