This entry-level position offers the opportunity to start a long-term career underground with Redpath, focusing on individuals who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethic. The role involves working in small, close-knit teams underground with a rotating day and night shift roster. Employees receive hands-on training across all aspects of raiseboring, including rod handling, drill rig maintenance, and equipment mobilisation.
