The Entry Writer coordinates all documents required by US Customs for the entry of goods on behalf of importers, performing high-volume customs clearance processes and providing dedicated customer service. This role involves auditing brokerage files, classifying commercial invoices, and ensuring timely filing of import documentation in compliance with U.S. Customs standards. The position also includes processing documents through the Company's ABI system, handling customer inquiries, and arranging delivery and invoicing for import accounts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate US Customs entry documents and perform high volume customs clearances
Audit brokerage files and classify commercial invoices using US Tariff Book
Process import AMS information and transmit data to US Customs via ABI system
