The role involves leading customer‑relevant development projects for finished products and semi‑finished goods made from refractory metals (Mo and W) and their alloys, coordinating with quality assurance, logistics, process engineering and other development units, and overseeing product development through to production hand‑over. The position requires strong technical knowledge of metal processing, powder metallurgy, and project management, as well as fluency in German and English and willingness to travel internationally.
