The Environment Surfacing Lead will manage a team of surfacing artists, ensuring quality and schedule adherence while translating the visual direction into textures, materials, and surface aesthetics for environments and props. The role collaborates closely with production designers, art directors, and supervisors, and provides technical and artistic guidance across the pipeline.
