Environmental and Social Advisor

The Environmental and Social Advisor ensures Scatec projects meet environmental and social commitments throughout the project lifecycle, leading workstreams for BESS, solar, and wind projects in compliance with local laws, IFC Performance Standards, and lender requirements. The role also serves as the Community Liaison Officer and Pollution Control Officer, supporting stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and site health and safety. This position involves developing environmental and social management documentation, coordinating project sustainability activities, and maintaining relationships with local communities and government agencies.
