The Environmental Compliance Manager leads Panduit's global environmental management strategy and coordinates QEHS teams to advance environmental objectives across operations, products, and the supply chain. This role serves as a subject matter expert to strengthen the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and drive improvements that support compliance, sustainability, and business continuity. The position involves developing environmental policies, leading audits, managing vendor relationships, and supporting emergency preparedness and response programs.

Responsibilities

Lead global environmental management strategy and ISO 14001 system implementation
Coordinate corporate and site-level QEHS teams to advance environmental objectives
Conduct internal environmental audits and manage external registrar activities
