About this role

Ecolab is seeking an Environmental Engineer SHE Specialist to support the SH&E team at its Nalco Water manufacturing facility in Fresno, Texas. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on environmental compliance and waste management while serving as an integrated member of the site's broader SHE function. The successful candidate will maintain a strong presence in operating areas, work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, contractors, and plant leadership, and help drive compliance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities

Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste management programs and compliance
Support environmental monitoring, sampling, testing, and regulatory reporting
Conduct SHE inspections, audits, and incident investigations
