About this role
The Rotational Environmental Specialist Fellowship at Maryland Environmental Service is a 24-month program that provides recent graduates and early-career professionals with broad exposure to MES operations across multiple operating groups. Fellows rotate through Environmental Dredging and Restoration, Environmental Operations, Technical and Environmental Services, and Water/Wastewater, receiving technical training, mentorship, and leadership development. The program is headquartered in Millersville, MD and prepares participants for potential future roles within MES through a capstone project and executive leadership exposure.
