Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Representative

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Representative will lead cultural transformation of safety and health practices at the Findlay plant, partnering with the Plant Manager and site leaders. The role involves developing and delivering training, conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and serving as the primary contact for EHS compliance issues while promoting a strong safety culture across the facility.
