Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Director

The Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leads the enterprise-wide safety strategy for AIR Control Concepts, partnering with leadership across more than 55 operating companies to establish a world-class safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. This executive role focuses on reducing injuries, improving employee engagement, strengthening compliance, and lowering workers' compensation costs while supporting the company's growth through acquisitions. The position requires developing scalable safety programs, leading safety committees, and providing strategic oversight for field operations, fleet safety, and mergers & acquisitions.
