The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Grainger's environmental, health, and safety programs by partnering with operations to reduce risk, support compliance, and promote a culture of safe practices. This role coordinates training and compliance activities, conducts inspections and risk assessments, supports incident investigations, analyzes EHS performance data, and provides day-to-day operational support across distribution center operations. This is an onsite position at Grainger’s Minooka, IL distribution center requiring daily presence Monday through Friday.
