Environmental, Health, Safety & Training Coordinator

This role leads environmental, health, and safety initiatives across three manufacturing facilities while overseeing employee onboarding, safety training, and compliance programs. The ideal candidate partners with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and ensure team members receive necessary training and resources. Serving as the primary EHS resource in a small-company environment, the position manages training administration and related compliance activities across all locations.
