Environmental Health Specialist

The Environmental Health Specialist performs professional environmental health work within the Food and Lodging Division to promote public health through education, surveillance, inspection, and enforcement of relevant laws and regulations. This specialist role operates under the supervision of the Environmental Health Supervisor I and requires a strong understanding of public health law, microbiology, and community resources.
