Fellows gain hands-on experience in energy efficiency, strategic energy management, and sustainability while receiving professional development to build climate and green-sector careers. The program emphasizes measurable emissions reductions, community engagement, and developing a pipeline of leaders for resilient, equitable climate solutions.
