The Environmental Regulatory Specialist provides specialized regulatory and compliance expertise supporting the City’s Water & Sewer operations, with a primary focus on wastewater treatment, water quality, and Clean Water Act requirements. The position serves as a subject matter expert on current and emerging local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, leading assigned Clean Water and wastewater regulatory activities. This role involves monitoring regulatory developments, evaluating operational and capital impacts, and translating regulatory requirements into practical compliance strategies for City operations.
