Environmental Scientist III

The Environmental Scientist III assists in supervising and directing an assigned section, special projects, and phases of major projects within the Department of Health's Environmental Services division. The role involves performing professional scientific and engineering work to address complex environmental issues related to compliance, permitting, pollution prevention, and management. The position also serves as a liaison between the department and various agencies, stakeholders, and organizations to represent the department in meetings and provide expert guidance on environmental programs.
