Environmental Scientist Project Manager

VHB is seeking an Environmental Scientist / Project Manager to support its Natural Sciences team on transportation, energy, land development, and infrastructure projects across Massachusetts and New England. This hybrid field- and office-based role involves managing environmental permitting, natural resource evaluations, and construction compliance from scope development through delivery. The position requires leading field investigations, preparing permit applications, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
