Environmental Services Director

The Environmental Services Director oversees maintenance, housekeeping services, departmental budget, and operational and safety standards at Park Terrace. This onsite role is responsible for proactively managing the physical condition of the community, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining vendor and contractor relationships. The position requires technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and construction, along with proficiency in CMMS and asset management systems. The director will also manage staffing, execute apartment turn processes, and oversee capital budgets and expenditures.
