Environmental Services Technician

The Environmental Services Technician supports the Environmental Services Manager in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of both the internal community building and external grounds. The role involves assisting housekeeping, handling maintenance projects, moving furniture for events, and ensuring timely completion of work orders related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. This position requires a high school diploma, at least two years of building maintenance experience, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds and working in various weather conditions.
