Environmental Trust Program Manager

The Environmental Trust Program Manager provides high-level executive and administrative direction over the operations of the Environmental Trust Program, serving as the primary authority for environmental policy development, implementation, and regulatory enforcement across the Reservation. This role represents the tribal government in all environmental program areas and acts as the principal technical and policy advisor to the Colville Business Council, tribal staff, and various government agencies. The position requires advanced knowledge of environmental statutes, Indian law, and international treaties to safeguard tribal sovereign rights and natural resources.
