Environmental/Energy Manager (Contingency Hire)

The Environmental/Energy Manager is a mandatory key personnel position supporting Naval Station Mayport and the Marine Corps Support Facility at Blount Island to ensure contractor operations align with the Installation's Environmental Management System, Energy Plan, and sustainability requirements. The role focuses on developing and overseeing environmental and energy programs that promote sustainable development and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and Navy/USMC regulations. The position interfaces with installation leadership and contract stakeholders to support energy and water reduction initiatives and maintain site-specific environmental readiness.
