About this role
The EBSO Director leads the Envista Business Systems (EBS) office efforts to embed the Envista Business System across Envista companies, driving sustained performance improvement and organizational alignment. The role partners with global EBS practitioners and operating company leaders to enable EBS adoption, sustainability, and measurable business results. This position reports to the Vice President of EBSO and is based in Brea on a hybrid schedule.
