EO/IR Pointing & Tracking - Systems Engineering Lead

The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and testing precision pointing and tracking systems across controls, estimation, sensing, software, electro‑optical, and electromechanical domains. The engineer will create algorithms, closed‑loop control systems, and test plans to achieve accurate, stable tracking of dynamic targets from requirements through operational deployment.
