About this role

The EOS Program Manager leads strategic End-of-Service and product deprecation efforts within the Product Success Organization to ensure smooth customer transitions. This role orchestrates cross-functional initiatives across Product, Customer Success, and Legal to minimize disruption and protect revenue during lifecycle changes. The manager translates complex lifecycle decisions into structured execution plans, driving customer readiness and adoption of new solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and lead end-to-end EOS and product deprecation programs
Translate product lifecycle decisions into structured execution plans
Coordinate across Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Legal, and Finance
Ensure customers are proactively informed and prepared for transitions
Develop repeatable EOS playbooks and frameworks for the organization

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Customer SuccessExperience in product lifecycle management or EOS/EOL programsExperience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments
