Epic Application Analyst - Beacon

The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the system design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned Epic applications, with a preference for experience supporting Community Connect customers. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize workflows, implement system enhancements, and provide tier-2 support for application incidents. The analyst must maintain Epic certification and adhere to departmental policies while promoting the organization's mission and values.
