Epic Application Analyst - ClinDoc/Stork

The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the system design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned Epic applications, with a preference for experience supporting Community Connect customers. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to review and develop future state workflows, implement system optimizations, and provide tier-2 support for application incidents. The position requires maintaining Epic certification and ensuring compliance with departmental policies while promoting high levels of customer service.
