We are seeking an experienced Epic Bridges L2/L3 Analyst to provide production support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Epic interface environments. The analyst will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of interfaces connecting Epic with various internal and external clinical, financial, and ancillary systems. This role involves resolving HL7 interface issues, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting critical incidents in a 24x7 production support environment.
