About this role

The Epic Certified Willow Home Infusion Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and technical lead for home infusion pharmacy workflows within the Epic platform. Responsibilities include supporting the continuum of care from hospital discharge to home-based therapy by configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting the Epic Willow module. The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, internal technical teams, and offshore resources to ensure efficient medication preparation, delivery logistics, and billing compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Epic Willow Home Infusion workflows and configurations
Manage daily support activities and ensure incident resolution per SLAs
Troubleshoot application issues and implement corrective actions
Build, configure, and optimize home infusion pharmacy modules within Epic
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and medication safety policies
