Responsibilities

Configure and optimize Epic MyChart patient portal features and scheduling parameters
Design and execute automated patient outreach campaigns using Epic Cheers
Set up and maintain Welcome Patient Kiosk interfaces for digital intake and check-in

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Healthcare Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Business Administration, or a related technical or healthcare field
