Epic Program Manager

The Epic Program Manager oversees Alteva's operations within client Epic environments, managing access, security, workqueues, and reporting to ensure effective delivery of coding, billing, and A/R services. This role serves as the primary liaison with client Epic teams, coordinates onboarding and go-live activities, and ensures seamless data flow between client systems and Alteva solutions. The position also involves developing staff training, optimizing workflows, and providing post-go-live support to maintain operational excellence.
