Family Health West
The Epic Trainer - Clinical role supports Family Health West's clinical staff, including medical assistants and physicians, in effectively using the Epic system. This position combines hands-on clinical experience with a passion for teaching, problem-solving, and improving everyday workflows. The trainer develops relationships with clinical staff, identifies opportunities for improvement, and provides individualized Epic training and support. The role works closely with the Informatics Medical Director to develop and implement the Epic training curriculum.
