EPIC Trainer I

The Credentialed Trainer is responsible for training end users on AltaMed's technical and clinical systems, including Electronic Health Records (EMR), Managed Care Referral System, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This role involves validating and training workflows for staff on new or updated software products, supporting end-users in clinical environments, and assisting with Tip Sheet development. The position may also be assigned to project implementations as a primary credentialed trainer under the guidance of the PT and Training Manager.
