About this role
A four-year PhD studentship within the EPSRC DigitalMetal CDT focused on evaluating corrosion and stress corrosion cracking behaviour of stainless steels and nickel alloys in aqueous ammonia environments. The project is hosted by the University of Leicester in partnership with TWI, starting January 2026, and includes taught elements and cohort training through the CDT.
