The Equality Mainstreaming & Inclusion Lead provides subject matter expertise to support the delivery of the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy within the Scottish Government. The role involves designing and delivering learning solutions, rolling out an Equality Impact Assessment improvement programme, and implementing mainstreaming equality asks to build an inclusive culture.
