Equestrian Center Operations Manager

This role oversees all operations at the Equestrian Center, implementing a multidiscipline riding program and developing events for both riders and the non-riding community. The position requires maintaining the facility and horses to a luxury sporting club standard while ensuring first-class service for members and guests. The manager is responsible for the safety, wellness, and training of horses and riders, as well as the maintenance of the facility grounds and equipment.
