Equine Assistant

The Equine Assistant role supports the Therapy & Adaptive Riding Program by creating meaningful experiences for individuals with disabilities through equine-assisted services. This active, hands-on position involves working alongside therapists and certified staff to prepare horses, assist riders, and maintain program spaces. The role combines client support with daily horse care responsibilities to ensure safe and positive experiences for both participants and animals.
