Equine Specialist

The Equine Specialist role at the Idaho Youth Ranch involves facilitating therapeutic activities and equine-related programs to support the hope, healing, and resilience of youth and their families. This position creates a safe environment for clients and horses to engage in therapy, maintaining familiarity with individual horses' suitability for therapeutic use. The role requires documenting client activities and may involve scheduling sessions during late afternoons, evenings, or weekends based on client needs. This on-call position does not have guaranteed hours after training.
