Equine Therapeutic Program and Work Experience Program Assistant

This role provides coverage for the Equine Therapeutic Program and Work Experience Program by assisting with horse care, supervising youth workers, and maintaining barn facilities. The position supports the therapy team in developing treatment activities and ensures a safe, clean working environment. It involves daily animal care duties and requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during staff PTO.
