Equipment and Process Engineer

Toyota Manufacturing is seeking a passionate Equipment and Process Engineer to lead equipment and process development for new model projects within the Body Weld Pilot Department. The role involves evaluating body and equipment designs, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting pilot teams to achieve launch KPIs for safety, quality, and productivity. This position requires collaboration with internal departments, machine vendors, and contractors to ensure successful model changes and new model implementation.
