About this role

The Equipment Delivery Manager will lead equipment delivery workstreams within Amgen's global capital project portfolio, overseeing planning, procurement, supplier management, documentation readiness, delivery, installation support, and project closeout. Reporting to the Associate Director – Strategic Equipment Delivery, the role coordinates across engineering, procurement, project controls, and digital teams to ensure disciplined processes, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead equipment delivery workstreams across global capital projects
Maintain master equipment registers and tracking tools
Coordinate procurement readiness and supplier follow‑up activities
Oversee documentation readiness for FAT, SAT and CQV
Drive continuous improvement of equipment delivery processes
