Equipment Maintenance Technician

The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing fitness equipment to ensure it is safe, operational, and available for member use. This position performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses equipment problems, completes repairs, and coordinates parts and service needs while documenting work through the club's work order system. The role involves close collaboration with club leadership and the Facilities team to respond to repair requests and minimize equipment downtime.
